Elements in Action : Honesty

What he wanted was a way to represent the 6 Elements of Harmony in action, using the cutie mark each of the characters have, all without actually using any pony (or should I say anypony?)

The ideas used in those pictures actually comes from Rappafoin himself.

And it’s a good thing for this representation of Honesty, as a had no idea how to show it. It seems you need a fan to find out, as he knew from the start it would be with a bad apple. The idea here is that even if that apple still look good, it’s unedible. A dishonest seller would still try to sell it, though. One could think « You could just remove that apple instead of creating a panel for it » but that would kill the idea of showing honesty, isn’t it?

Making that montage was pretty easy. Just finding different apples and the rest could be created from scratch. The color for the table and the wall is obviously because of Applejack’s own colors.

Ce qu’il voulait, c’était une façon de représenter les six éléments de l’harmonie dans l’action (Elements in Action), en utilisant la cutie mark que les personnages ont tous.

Les idées utilisées dans ces images provient de lui.

Mon idées de départ été d’utiliser, pour la troisième pomme, la pas bonne, un fuit pourri. Sauf, que la troisième pomme devait sembler toujours bonnes, mais être immangeable. Un vendeur malhonnête aurait pu essayer de la vendre, si. On pourrait penser «Vous pouvez tout simplement jeter cette pomme au lieu de créer un comité pour ça!» mais ça serait tuer l’idée de l’honnêteté. Le but de l’image est de transmettre un message et non pas d’être réaliste.

Faire que le montage a été facile. Juste trouver des pommes différentes et le reste pourrait être créé à partir de zéro. La couleur pour la table et le mur est évidemment à cause des couleurs du personnage Applejack.
